We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Easter this year. On we headed out to one of our church's annual easter egg hunts.

Ian's birthday bar-b-que
Instead of a birthday party, we invited a few friends over for a small bar-b-que. There was on food, fun and friendship to celebrate the day.

Ian's choo choo cake
I had a lot of fun creating Ian's cake this year. To go along with our train theme, I make him a choo choo cake and it turned into one of my most favorite cakes I've made!

All Aboard! Ian turns 2 and rides the choo choo
It is hard to believe, but Ian turned 2 on Saturday! He getting to be such a big boy and one of his favorite things is trains; so for his birthday we headed into the Los Gatos mountains to ride the rails.
